I had an excellent experience with this company! They were able to schedule a same-day appointment to look at my U-Line mini fridge, which had completely stopped cooling. The technician (Alex) arrived on time, was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough in diagnosing the problem. He quickly identified a faulty temperature sensor, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repair right away. The fridge is now working perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, ~about 25% of what it would have cost to replace the fridge. I truly appreciate the professionalism and expertise, and I give them my full recommendation.

Technician Vitalli was able to come to my home and diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. I have not gotten it repaired because I am thinking about getting a different refrigerator. The price was reasonable for the repair. The parts would need to be ordered and I would have to wait 3 - 5 business days.
